Riyadh, December 2011: TheRiyadh International Urban Development and Real Estate Investment Event, under the patronage HRH Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz yesterday, set a major benchmark on the very first day. The event has doubled its exhibition space by moving to the Riyadh Exhibition Center on King Fahad Road/ Olaya Road (opposite the Saudi Arabian Airlines office) and is fully booked.

The Riyadh International Urban Development and Real Estate Investment Event opened yesterday and was a great success, with the exhibition attracting a large audience of investors and real estate professionals to meet the most high profile developers and real estate service providers in the Kingdom.

The Riyadh Real Estate Summit also opened yesterday, and was an informative platform for real estate professionals to hear from some of the foremost minds in Saudi and International real estate.
