Welcome

Dear Industry Colleagues,

The Global Real Estate Summit, co-located with the Cityscape Global exhibition, started off today with a focus on our Official 2012 Country of Honor: Turkey. Representatives of key Turkish developers, banks and governmental authorities highlighted the opportunities has to offer.

The Investor Round Tables taking place alongside the event have been particularly well attended this year, bringing together developers and institutional investors to discuss real estate sectors including residential, industrial & logistics, offices and retail, as well as markets including Turkey, North Africa and of course Dubai.

Over 500 industry professionals are now making their way to the exclusive Armani Hotel Dubai, Burj Khalifa for the highly anticipated Cityscape Awards & Cocktail Evening, featuring the Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets ceremony followed by the more informal Cityscape Cocktail Evening, bringing together key architects, developers and industry VIP’s in Dubai.

Cityscape Global 2012 is still open tomorrow from 10AM to 7PM, don’t miss the opportunity to attend the region’s largest showcase of real estate investment opportunities and services.

With kind regards,

Wouter Molman
Exhibition Director
