Congratulations to all our winners of the Cityscape Awards for Real Estate MENA, which were announced last night at the Cityscape Awards and Cocktail Evening. Following the ceremony at the ballroom of the Yas Viceroy Hotel, all invited guests made their way outdoors to enjoy networking in an informal atmosphere whilst enjoying the spectacular views of Yas Marina. Many of our exhibitors have once again taken the opportunity to use Cityscape Abu Dhabi as a platform to update the market on their latest project launches, construction progress and completion.  Kuwait-based Wafra Real Estate Company introduced a  US$54 million commercial and residential project in Abu Dhabi which is inspired by artefacts and elements of the Islamic world.

Fellow exhibitor Manazel Real Estate also unveiled its latest project at Cityscape Abu Dhabi - a 500-villa complex exclusive to UAE Nationals. Aptly named Dari, or “my home” in the local dialect, the project will help Nationals take advantage of Emirati housing loans and assist local landowners in constructing and maintaining housing structures on their plots.

It is fantastic to see that real business can be done at Cityscape Abu Dhabi.
